The Education Equalizer Foundation First Board Meeting

The Education Equalizer Foundation prepares incoming minority students for success in college and life. The organization was formed to:

1) ensure that Black, minority, and first-generation college students are given the knowledge and resources required for success in college and life.

2) equip college administrators with solutions to admit, retain, graduate and place minority college students into careers after graduation.

3) serve underrepresented minorities entering college, those currently working in higher education institutions, and related entities.

The Education Equalizer Foundation will host its’ first board meeting on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 6p CST.

Dr. Carjie Scott, Founder, and Board Chairman will provide an overview of the organization to incoming Board members, present bylaws, and confirm committee assignments. Dr. Shmeka Gibson, Founder, and President of Innate Success has mentored Carjie over the past several weeks to prepare her to launch the non-profit foundation.
