How can I get a refund for my ticket?

Dear Parents and Students,

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may be concerned about our upcoming trip’s no-refund policy. We want to explain why this policy is in place and how it works.

We need to make many arrangements and payments in advance when planning a trip. This includes booking transportation, accommodations, activities, meals, and paying for subscription services like the website that collects your information and the register that processes payments. Additionally, we cover the costs for chaperones who will ensure the safety and well-being of the students throughout the trip.

However, we do offer the flexibility to transfer your spot to another student who may want to attend the trip in your place. If you find someone interested in taking your place, please let us know as soon as possible. We will assist in making the necessary arrangements to transfer the reservation.

We assure you that every dollar collected goes directly into making this trip a valuable and enriching experience for all students. Your understanding and support in this matter help us continue offering these opportunities.
