Noble Sheep Owners, Asley and Jose, Reflect on Brotherhood in Business on ‘College Talk’

GAINESVILLE, FL. (EEF News) – We are flying first class with Asley Pollas and Jose Alvarez, owners of Noble Sheep, LLC. An organization that inspires students through leadership and professional development. “I met Jose while serving at Take Stock in children. We were immediately drawn to each other and quickly realized that we shared a common bond,” said Asley.

From the moment Asley and Jose met, they began collaborating on projects to help students achieve their true potential. “We take our students on a first-class flight, and we ask our students, ‘Whose responsibility is it to get you to your destination?’,” said Jose. 

Asley and Jose shared the importance of building brotherhood in business and shared tips on how they have held each other accountable to their individual goals and goals for their business. There were many tips shared during the interview; here was one: “Jose and I walk together once a month every morning for at least an hour, and we pray over each other. We are concerned about each other’s well-being first and business second. This is why we have been so successful,” said Asley.
