Welcome Juan Osorio, UF Intern to EEF!

GAINESVILLE, FL. (EEF News) – Juan Osorio, a dedicated freshman from the University of Florida, joins Education Equalizer (EEF) with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by first-generation college students. He shares, “My name is Juan Osorio, and I am a freshman at the University of Florida! I decided to intern for EEF because, as a first-generation college student, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate the college admission process or even transition into college courses without your parents’ help.”

Driven by his personal experiences, Juan’s decision to intern at EEF stems from a genuine desire to support Scholars in their college journeys. He expresses, “I hope to be able to assist our Scholars in this important and challenging moment in their lives in any way I can.” Juan has already made a significant impact by coordinating with college campuses in Florida on behalf of EEF, showcasing his proactive approach and commitment to practical support for Scholars during this crucial phase.
