College Acceptances: EEF Cohort IV Scholars

As we approach the end of 2025, the EEF has accomplished incredible things throughout the second half of this year. The EEF has prepared 8th graders and High School students for their ACT/SAT exams, hosted a FAMU campus tour, supported students in their college application process and scholarship search, and offered 1:1 virtual sessions. So far, we have had 50+ college acceptances with more to come!

At least three scholars have already received scholarships to college, with one earning a Full-Ride Presidential scholarship.

EEF’s Community Partnerships

In 2025, the Education Equalizer Foundation (EEF) strengthened its impact through strategic partnerships with the National College Attainment Network (NCAN), the Florida College Access Network (FCAN), and the University of Florida Active Learning program. As an NCAN nonprofit, we accessed invaluable resources, including FAFSA completion training under the new simplification rules, which helped increase the number of students qualifying for financial aid. Through FCAN’s Fearless and First-Gen campaign, we amplified the voices of first-generation college students via a collaborative social media blitz. These collaborations expanded our reach, enhanced our programs, and reinforced our mission to create equitable educational opportunities for underrepresented students.
