EEF Scholars Enjoyed UF Visit and Bond Over Bowling

GAINESVILLE, FL. (EEF News) The Education Equalizer Scholars had an unforgettable day visiting the University of Florida, filled with enlightening experiences and bonding through a team-building bowling activity. The event left a profound impact, with one scholar expressing, “I enjoyed the presentation from Mr. Keaton. He thoroughly explained all that UF has to offer.” Mr. Keaton’s insightful presentation illuminated the vast opportunities at UF, leaving the scholars eager to apply in the early round.

EEF co-founder and vice-chairman Dr. Kerwin Scott shared his excitement. “I am proud that my alma mater has encouraged our education equalizer mentees to consider the University of Florida.” His words highlighted the significance of this partnership and the importance of exposing scholars to higher education possibilities.

The scholars also found time for camaraderie and fun amid the educational enrichment. They bonded over a memorable bowling activity, enjoying the chance to connect while on campus. This combination of learning and team-building visited UF, a genuinely enriching and enjoyable experience for all involved.

The Education Equalizer Foundation works with middle through high school students and their families to demystify the college admittance process and provide scholars with the necessary tools to graduate.
