FAMU Preview Day Leaves Lasting Impressions

GAINESVILLE, FL. (EEF News) FAMU Preview Day was a remarkable event that left a lasting impression on both students and parents. It provided valuable insights into the college experience, especially for those with limited prior knowledge. One student exclaimed, “I learned a lot more than what school or anyone has taught me before about college.” This sentiment was echoed by others, highlighting the event’s educational value.

The trip was not only informative but also well planned, as another student noted, “The trip was very organized; before the trip, we had an orientation event that detailed the expectations of the visit. We also joined a private chat which kept us engaged throughout the day. FAMU gave us great information and great food. I was impressed that EEF and FAMU arranged for FAMU current students to eat lunch with us.” The entire experience was a success.

Parents were also impressed with the experience, as one parent expressed, “My daughter was well pleased. She is going to apply to FAMU.” This positive feedback underscored the event’s impact on both students and their families, making it a truly memorable and worthwhile experience for everyone involved.
